• 1 slice of red melon
• 50 gr roasted pumpkin seeds
• 100 white Gjirofarm cheese
Cut themelon insmall cubes. Place the pumpkin seeds in a non-stick pan. Roast the pumpkin seeds by constantly stirring with a wooden spoon. When seeds are lightly roasted, remove the pan from the heatand stir in the pumpkin seeds over the melon. Finally stir in the white cheese cut into cube shapes.
This recipe is ideal for intermediate meals, while watching television or on the porch.
It requires only 5 minutes of preparation and is too delicious to get the necessary liquids and proteins for a healthy body.
