• 60 gr. white Gjirofarmcheese

• 20 g black seedless olives

• 3 tablespoons of Gjirofarmyogurt

• ½ lemon juice

• 1 tablespoon of finely chopped mint leaves

• PepperPreparation:

Place in a bowl white finely mashed cheese. Add finely chopped olives, yogurt, lemon juice and black pepper.

Stir the mixture to obtain a paste or cream.

Finally add the finely chopped menthol and mix again until a homogenousmixture  is created.

This sauce is suitable with all your meals.
